IPR’s Staff

IPR recruited forty five new staff members in 2011. The management team consists of the General Manager, Human Resources Manager, Operation Manager, Finance Manager, Internal Audit Manager Unit Manager and Branch Manager. The operational staff includes the Deputy Branch Manager, Service Post Manager and Credit Officers. They are assisted by a support staff including Specialist Officers at the Head Office and Branch Office, Service Post tellers and workers.

Staff capacity building

Capacity building is very important for all levels of staff. Many internal and external training and workshops are provided annually to IPR staff in order to strengthen their competencies and skills and to improve their performance for the company.
